Get Coached to Your Potential

Our mission at Proven Strength is to understand your goals and help you achieve them.   We understand athletes.  We understand your desire to be your best, to be your strongest, to push your potential.  We will help you assess your current strengths and weaknesses then program for your success. Our coaches will listen to you, work with you, push you, and help you achieve clearly defined goals to increase performance.

Tailored, Sport-Specific Programming

We understand that each sport has unique demands.  We understand that you need endurance, strength, explosiveness, agility, and conditioning specific to your sport.  Football players are different than basketball players and wrestlers.  We program and coach individuals to meet sport specific needs.  We will practice the correct work to rest ratio for your sport.  The more specifically we target your training, the better prepared you’ll be to compete and win.

Physical and Mental Strength

Sports are demanding.  They will challenge you physically until you don’t think you can get back on the field.  But you can.  Because you have prepared to do so.  You have trained.  You have worked.  You have followed instructions and lifted more weight than you ever thought you could.  You have exploded upward and outward faster than you ever thought possible.  All because you have prepared physically.  You are strong.  And if you are not strong yet?  You will work and work and work to become so.  We will guide you, push you, drive you to the next level.  And the level beyond that.  You will be strong not only for sport but for every part of your life.

Accountability to Your Goals

We understand your desire to be your best, to be your strongest, to push your potential.  We will help you assess your current strengths and weaknesses then program for your success.  We will have periodic assessments to gauge programming effectiveness, athletic progress, and overall fitness and strength.  At Proven Strength, we accept only individuals who are committed to work at 100% effort as soon as they walk through our doors.  Our coaches will listen to you, work with you, push you, and help you achieve clearly defined goals to achieve your success.

Accelerated Athletic Development

The development of the athlete is not limited to physical capabilities alone, but must encompass discipline, work ethic, and leadership. Our coaches train athletes not only to perform but to understand the psychological demands of their sport. We accelerate athletes through five unique phases:

  1. Phase one:Mobility, body awareness and being coachable
  2. Phase two:Creating proper movement patterns and learning value in practice
  3. Phase three:Strengthening through correct movements and defining purpose
  4. Phase four:Power development and becoming a leader
  5. Phase five:Speed and agility and raising the performance of others
